How do I place an order?
If you already have an account with us, you can either fax, e-mail, phone or even write to us. If you do not already have an account, don't worry, please get in-touch!
We are constantly developing the site and will be introducing online ordering in the near future.
Payment
You can either pay by cheque, bank transfer (Bacs). From time to time we will accecpt Postal Orders and Cash but this must be pre-arranged with us beforehand.

Delivery
Our order cut off time is currently 3pm however, we do aim to dispatch all our goods on the day the order was made.
These are the delivery service bookings which are now available for you to select at the point of ordering:
- Next Day Before 9am
- Before 10:30am
- Before 12 noon
- Overnight
- 3 Day
- Saturday
Opening Times
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Saturday - Sunday Closed.
What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it?
If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.
I need to find out more information about a product, what do you suggest?
In the rare event that you cannot find the relevant information on our site then we advise you to visit the manufacturers site to obtain more detailed information. Afterall they know their products better than we do.
What happens if I receive my order and it is damaged, or there are items missing?
This must be reported to Dryspell as soon as possible and we will take the appropriate action.
